Nausea is a feeling of uneasiness in a stomach which occurs before vomiting. Vomiting is throwing up of stomach contents through the mouth. Nausea can occur any time like if you are scared at a moment, there will be a release of hormones which ultimately lead to a feeling of nausea. This is not a disease, but can occur due to food poisoning, ingestion of toxins or intake of excessive amount of alcohol. This is an unpredictable feeling which can cause major problems.

Nausea can be caused by gastritis, ulcer, emotional stress, anxiety, hypertension, milk allergy, overeating and feeding, a severe pain, such as with kidney stones, morning sickness etc.
